100 sit-ups, 100 push ups, 100 squats and 10 km run every day, this worked for a friend of mine, even though he lost all his hair post workout 😅

Have you ever seen inmates that work out? Most prisons no longer have weights and these guys are still jacked

Bench Press, shoulder Press, lat raise, pull ups, rows, squats, calf raises, deadlifts

$40 gymnastics rings that come with adjustable straps and can be used on doorways for rows is a great investment.

I totally agree. I was always a weightlifting guy until I met some SF guys in Afghanistan and they got me on body weight and kettle bell. It’s amazing. Less likely to get hurt and being able to move your body is much more impressive than being able to lift a lot. Oh cool you can bench 405, how many 1 arm push-ups can you do?

After training typical weight training for a good 5 years I switched to body weight (I have bad joints) and it’s been great, no loss in size or strength, added a light kettlebell routine and resistance bands and it’s been a nice change

Recovered from massive trauma at 52. Over 54 months later and 100, 000 pushups and 100, 000 pullups I am very fit at 57. Defy the odds never give also hours and hours of cardio

Anything body weight tho it’s important that you work in lots of variation and try to make things as heavy as you can instead of doing squats do lunges and work into pistol squats do clap push ups eventually into one hand etc

A power cage gives you everything you need as you add and go

It’s true especially if you’re heavy calisthenics will do a ton for your upper body, however body weight will never be enough for massive legs so just also do squats and some deadlift variation

Those are good for sure BUT I think going weighted is extremely valuable
