Getting started with Grafana Mimir

I just cloned this and there is no `tutorials` directory. It appears that this has been moved and renamed to Which is where I found the `play-with-grafana-mimir` directory.

How do we access Mimir's query endpoint as we use general Prometheus UI ? for easily exploring the metrics. please let me know.

Is it possible to eliminate prometheus and put grafana alloy instead?

I would at least expect to see reading metrics that are no longer in prometheus and in minio bucket back to grafana
