3 things we Indians really need for the sake of Hindus and towards protection over adversaries are:
1. Establishing stringent laws against the irregularity of taxes not being paid on the due dates.
2. India should ensure that its bureaucratic reforms should not hinder its time for the advancement of technically based or scientific-based projects since it all depends upon TIME. We can sit back and talk about philosophies but can't waste time while your enemies push their tech against your security issues.
3. Voting for very responsible candidates via "educating" more & more children who gonna VOTE in future for a more worthy candidate to run the nation.
Since our nation harness "DEMOCRACY" or the rule of the people for their people, will always be a hurdle for scientific advancements since that sector requires extremely skilled individuals who will smooth the regulations and ensure that our national security meets to the desired level.

It's a serious issue, but India can import similar 5th generation planes from Russia or the US. I am sure indian Air Force must be aware of this high-level issue.

Amca is more of a indigenous and complete platform than Tf-X. The current TF -X (current prototype) is just a simple iron piece and doesn't have avionics inside its body. It also has gained active support from Lockheed Martin. But still there is much to be learnt for Indian public sector undertakings...
