The actual point of concern for India is that now Pakistan is official partner of Turkiye KAAN project with about 200 Pakistani experts working on it, as per Turkish Defense minister !
With KAAN first flight scheduled in 2025, Pakistan air force may get their first 5th gen jet by 2029 !

To all those saying " engine kahan say ayega". Tusas engine industries license produces F110 engine of the F16 fighting falcon and a new engine based on the F110 is being made for the Tai Kaan fighter.

F110 engine itself is a very capable engine even if a new engine isn't built it will suffice.

Bhai F-35 single engine aur Turkey ka fighter jet twin engine. Wo twin engine se 263KN produce kar rha aur F-35 single engine se hee 190KN.

My opinion-: yes make in India is good but upto amca comes we must have to buy any 5th gen fighter from USA or Russia to fulfil our requirement
