Great video!!! useful step by step dissecting what happens with formulas. Playing around only with FILTER came out with :
=FILTER(FILTER(myData, SEQUENCE(, 3)<>2), myData[Country]=E2, FILTER(myData, SEQUENCE(, 3)<>2))
or with LET
=LET(tb, myData, c, myData[Country], cy, E2, sq, SEQUENCE(, 3),
ft, FILTER(tb, sq<>2),
rs, FILTER(ft, c=cy, ft),
rs)
