I was certainly surprised by the sentence of 11 years and 3 months. Even though she was found guilty of defrauding investors, I can’t get past her callousness towards patients. She knew her product was a fraud, nonetheless she went ahead with it, potentially exposing a lot of people to harmful situations.

Her defense team...HAD THE BALLS to stand up there and say, because she's pregnant she shouldn't go to prison. The fact, that they LITERALLY ADMITTED that this pregnancy was for a possible vote of leniency, should get BOTH CHILDREN TAKEN IMMEDIATELY. She got pregnant to get out of trouble with ZERO consideration of her children and that, in my book, is an UNBELIEVABLE display of child abuse. TAKE THOSE KIDS CALIFORNIA!!!

Huh. Guess her obviously continuing the maniplation techniques by planning 2 pregnancies around her court dates wasn't the get out of jail free card she hoped for. UNLESS SHE DOES ALL 11 YEARS, IT'S STILL NOT ENOUGH TIME IMO.

She is most likely eligible for FSA which means she will probably get a couple more years off in addition to good time credit.
