I feel bad for the kids she's had when they find out the only reason she wanted kids was to attempt avoiding prison time. Now they have to grow up without a mother and someone else has to raise them. Holmes's selfishness has no bounds.

Here's my question when a ordinary person gets sentenced they go to jail right away why does she just to wait till April? doesn't matter if she's pregnant plenty of women have gone to jail pregnant and serve their sentence why is this different?

It is outrageous that she is given five months to turn herself in because she is pregnant. How many black inner-city women are given that privilege? They are forced to give birth in prison.

I thought I read somewhere that she won't be sentenced till April 2023. WOW!!! So, she got her 11 years sentence which is less than 15 and 20 years. She deserves to do the time for her actions. She only wishes she could go back in time and do things differently because she got caught. She thought threaten and bullying her employees and getting them to sign NDA's would protect her. The 2 whistleblowers took a chance on ousting her so KUDOS to them. She purposely had a child and got pregnant again to gain sympathy. She is very charismatic and I am glad they saw all through that. I hope her sentence is not reduced and she does her full 11years. I am a Breast Cancer survivor from 2016 and she disgusts me for what she did. SHE LIED and now needs to do the time. Now, what will happen to Sunny Balwani? How many years will he get?

What’s the difference between what she did and successive UK governments have done?

Promises undelivered at huge cost. In the case of Theranos the cost was money, in the case of the UK it’s people dying through poverty.

If prison is good enough for this woman then entire cabinets should be in jail too.

For those of us told to "trust the science", we now have an expectation that the courts will go through every person that worked under her to determine if they -also- colluded in this fraud. They must also be discredited and if required, join her in prison.
