This game, well... It sucks.
Every(?) entity except Kitty literally INSTANTLY KILLS YOU. Why not create some damaging entities or make some of the entities damage you instead?
Plus, the only ways (I'm guessing) to take damage (not instantly dying) is literally starving and being in the Red Rooms.
There should ACTUALLY be a way to heal, like try to add some healing items, like bandages and medkits. Or make the player's health very slowly regenerate over time.
And maybe you can add hints (could be in any form, such as notes) that show players how to escape levels, since not many people know how to escape Level 1. Btw I did beat it yesterday. Also, please make blackouts rarer in Level 1 and make the entities here have a variety, it shouldn't be just Smilers.
And in Level 2, when the Smiler spawns, you get ALMOST NO TIME to turn back, you'll likely get killed by it. I advise you to make it spawn slightly farther.
Plus the sprint speed is quite unrealistic, I can run faster irl.
And yes, I'm the person who gave your game a 2-star rating yesterday.
