Great idea! But I also just cringed at watching the use of the middle of the material instead of starting from the edges. It's like when I see those videos where people needlessly cut fabric from the center of it instead of the sides. Guess I'm always stressed I'm going to mess it up and need the extra/ spare areas when I do, to try again. 🙃 😅

a random thing ive noticed in content creators that im not sure the origin of, is that you will draw and cut in the center of a material and waste as much as possible instead of consolidating the design to a corner to preserve the usable space. is this an effect of growing up with spare money? understanding that you can just buy more? not having the innate need to reserve material? its interesting to me and i see so many creators do it on so many materials, wood plastic film paper etc, things that cant be reformed into a new flat surface like clay. this isn’t a direct attack, but this video in included and i wonder if other people see this

Love the idea, but cutting small shapes out of the film so randomly and far apart seems a bit wasteful. I would imagine you would have used the leftover film in another project outside of this video.
