How did they test against F-22s and F-35? They have none of the former and I think one of the latter…which won’t fly without software updates. The U.S. was right to stop F-35 deliveries to Turkey if there are going to be Russian technicians in the country. Israeli F-35s flew against S-400 with impunity.
