How to Fix iPhone 13 Stuck on Apple Logo/Boot Loop without Losing Data

I got this problem and I tried force restart and after some time it restarted however after a few minutes of using it went to boot loop again so I paid Reiboot and try to fix my phone however when it reach 14% the phonstartedrt to disconnect the computer then reconnect recovery mode it keeps like that few times then it said it failed to fix?? same like when I use iTunes to improve it . What should I do now, is it a software problem or a hardware problem?? should I bring it to the Apple store? Can I get a refund if it is not working?

works rly well on iPhone 13.
Got my iPhone stuck on Apple logo after trying to upgrade it from iOS 15 to 15.5 but since I used iPhone 8 Plus till January, I couldn't even force reboot it. Really sucks that you have to do such stupid steps to just boot into restore/recovery mode. It's not as if you could remove iCloud or Lockscreen pin in that mode. On my friend's iPhone XR I just had to press volume down while holding the power button at the same time :P

Finally fixed it. Hold the right button a little longer so it goes into recovery mode. Connect to latest iTunes version and let it download the phone update.

My iPhone 13 pro max is stuck on that apple logo. I tried to reset it doesn't work. Now my challenge is that I don't have iTunes on my computer and if I'm trying to download it asks for artist credentials
