Vegeta gave Goku strength. Vegeta was in a status here beyond life and death. Nothing mattered anymore. Not the bad blood between them. Not his pride. Nothing. It matters not when you’re a spirit. You’re at peace, and a good spirit helps those in need. So vegeta never ended up in hell nor in heaven where ever he was. I think it was higher. When Vegeta was resurrected he didnt know this happened. But Goku did. This was the exact moment a friendship was created. Nothing Vegeta would say would change Gokus mind about him. This was the moment. And none other.
