Can you please add in a video how you handle situations where the customer purchases a service online, but the actual work ends up being more than what they purchased? Like, they book a small item pickup but leave out a much larger item. Or they book 200 ft of gutter cleaning, but their gutters are actually 400 ft. I'm interested in knowing how you handle that from a technical perspective. Do you contractors report back and charge you more? Also from a customer service perspective - how do you tactfully communicate those changes with the customer and get paid properly. Thank you!

Confused… you said “they’re just a store fron, so they’re not doing the actual work”. The you said “ you can send the contractors out that you book”
Two different things.
This sounds like something I’d be interested in, if I can figure out the concept: thank for sharing.

This seam's very interesting, but I would like to know more about how to find these "contractors" or people that will do this work. And how do we pay them do we share everything with them like the whole service thing or we keep some information hidden like how much we get paid. I don't get that part because I did dropshipping and there you don't tell ppl where you are getting the products or how much you are paying for them. So, is it the same with this or not? Would like to know more maybe you can show us your business and how you are running it like step by step course or something.
