Idk why i miss this peter so much, he seemed so perfect and the most noble spiderman, he would have for sure backed Miles in ATSV.

So if we take into account what we learned in ATSV about canon events, that means that the Bully Maguire dance is a consistent occurrence across the entire multiverse.

It’s so sad when you learn that this Earth’s Peter Parker was never supposed to die. He was basically the peak of what every Spider-Man wished to be. He was funny, witty, skilled, strong willed, lighthearted, wholesome, and basically had all the basic principles of what made Spider-Man who he was. I still think he would’ve been a great mentor to Miles.

Chris Pine actually makes a great Spider-Man voice actor. Underrated part of the movie.

One BIG clue that this Peter is different from the usual portrayal of the character is him saying "But after everything, I still LOVE being Spider-Man."

Its so cool to see how they planned out a lot of stuff. At 0:07, you see the Earth 42 spider falling into the collider in that universe which transports it to 1610, Miles' universe. Incredible foreshadowing.

Gotta love the detail that with this version of Spiderman everything went right for him for ten long years.
And everything that went right all references to all the previous spiderman movies.
Him punching the car back after doc oc threw it at him.
Stopping the train with minimum damage to the surrounding area and not killing himself.
Marrying Mary Jane.
Getting the credit he deserved.
Hell i dont think his universe has a Jonah Jameson. So thats a huge plus for him

The way they referenced the iconic dance from Spider-Man 3 was amazing! 😂😂

Both Into the Spider-Verse and Across the Spider-Verse were masterpieces and I can guarantee you that Beyond the Spider-Verse will somehow find a way to top them

1:02 I absolutely love the comedic contrast between the animation and the uncropped, straight up real life phone pic of a popsicle

Chris Pine was unexpectedly good for Spider Man

"42" just makes so much more sense now. I kept wondering why they kept flashing that number over and over again, thinking there were 41 other spiders out there. Great writing.

i really like the line “-so no matter how many hits i take, i always find a way to come back” because even after the spiderman of this universe died, he came back. not as peter obviously, but as miles .. so spiderman found a way to come back, like this peter said. idk if it was intentionally like that, but i like it

1:25 "The only thing standing between this city and oblivion is [Spiderman]."
Demonstrated in ATSV, when shown that Earth 42's Manhattan, which is Spiderman-less, is in absolute havoc as a result.
Amazing.

We didn’t know Earth-1610’s Peter Parker long. But for the short time he was on screen we felt connected to his character and his death effected us. That’s pretty impressive that a film can make you emotionally invested in a character that quickly.

This film deserved so much more than an Oscar, such an iconic movie

To this day I still wonder what would’ve happened if Earth-1610’s Peter Parker had taken Miles as his apprentice. You could tell as soon as he met Miles that he was happy not to be the only one anymore. I think training Miles would’ve added more purpose to his life and you could tell his death affected Miles deeply because he knew his chance of having a mentor died with him.

Peter parker: 10 years of being spiderman and I’m still espectacular! *dies*
Peter B. Parker: 22 years of being spiderman and I’m feeling tired.
*gets happy ending*

1:17 the foreshadowing and the cut to the future was actually really sad
