A higher resolution also allows you to change pitch/speed to a higher degree while getting fewer artifacts.

Please recommend any App for Android phone to choose or check the audio, if it's at 44.1 khz or more....

Ideally you want to record at a high resolution but there is a memory capacity - especially for mobile games - that wouldnt allow you to have such a high resolution.
