I can go without blinking for however long I want, I just have to blur my eyes.

Since I was young I used to blink like 20 times a day which was really bad. Because of that I need to wear glasses now. I started making myself blink more regularly from 14. I can say that my record is 1 hours and 40 minutes. (I watched anime).
One more thing, when you do a staring contest, don't stare at the middle of the opponent's face. Stare them in one of their eyes, it reduces the stress by a lot
