There is no way of holding Texas attorneys accountable. Bar Grievances do not work like they are supposed to. You can write 3 or 4 bar grievances on just 1 attorney or 2 different attorneys in the same firm, nothing happens. The state bar or discipline preventers will never find a bar grievance to be valid. They reject all of them. Obviously, their practice insurance providers do not cancel their insurance or anything of the sort. Same goes for judges. The Judicial Ethics committee is only a facade They are only there to make it appear that there is a way to hold judges accountable in Texas. Send in proof with your judicial complaint. It does not matter, they will deny it out of hand.

Car repairs the owner wrote out a 12 page racial profile negative, with lot of made up false acqusation about me 7 wks later after I wrote a complaint to the attorney general of. The state of Washington and the defendant showed up for court but did not show up for trail I won the judgement and provided evidence to the court. That the repairs were faulty and the judge had the court reporter swear in and identified the name of the part any was the judgement got tooken awy from me and the judge lied on paper stating the defendant came to trail court and they didn't .and defendant show a preponderance of evidence defendant never brought anything or gave me any thing the courts would not let the defendant talk, ,a conflict of intress. It was me against the judge embarrassed me humiliated me shut me down this is the second time ..bias right. In my face . Briefly but, ---- unauthorized repairs my right control arm fell out in the middle of the street the next day car lost all pressure over. Heat defendant changed the fuses under my car to turn the engine red light off took my bran new tires and exchanged for 4 snow tiers and. Left 2 studs in them real petty defendant wrote a story about topical black person said I cause trouble to. His shop .I gave him a 20 dollar tip and toe man 10 tip wrote out a nother receipt out 6 wk later and said I refused to sign the bill and changed over 100 miles optameter said I got mad about ever thing estamete af all parts he install never did . sabotage my car on purpe

Why were you at the court of appeals, did your federal lawsuit get dismissed?
Appeals court you don't win necessarily but gets remanded back down to the state overturning a states decision, I thought anyways.

What is the result since this is 5 years old? I have a case in the 4th circuit and I can agree it's a major process and shall not be taken lightly.
