SMC, S&R, Patterns, whatever it is - IT IS ALL THE SAME when you boil it down.
If you understand the idea of probabilities, all you need to have is a logical edge you can consistently apply physically and emotionally.

Whatever it is you trade, trade it for you and what makes sense to you.
Definitely go and expose yourself to other things to find out what is right but don’t be put off of something because it isn’t this win rate or isn’t this amount of R / % return each month… Trading is a personal game. Nobody is the exact same so even if you did trade SMC, it’s so broad and variable that it’s completely different for each person anyway.

Never heard anyone claim smc is institutional trading. Smc is trading after the institutions have entered the market. Its just following the breadcrumbs institutions leave behind

Let me tell you guys something…NOBODY and i mean nobody trades institutionally…smc, ict, support resistance etc…we are all retail traders and its what we do with the strategy that works for us…its all subjective…smc, for example, helps identify what the institutions ALREADY put in motion…so smc traders are also late to the party basically…they just have a clearer way of how to join that motion (if the strategy is used correctly ofcourse which in most cases is not)…so its all subjective at the end of the day

Everyone trades SMC and they don’t even know it. It’s just another way of wording it. 2 fundamental concepts of SMC are ranges and Elliot wave theory ( impulse correction impulse). The corrective part being the building of liquidity. Pretty much everyone uses these two these two fundamentals in some way. It really shouldn’t even be called SMC it’s just how the market moves.

if you guys are real trader, you know that a single strategy doesn't work on everyone, if smc works for you and you consistently making money with it then thats reall great, but just because it works on you doesnt mean it would work on everyone else, so stop hating, cuz at the end of the day all that matters is be profitable so whatever strat making you money then continue on using it

i trade smc, also im a 50k funded trader, there is no problem with smc, its just market structure, supply demand and liquidity senario.we dont trade institutional, we make big r/r and it seems like jts fraud but its not, there is logic behind it like other strategies...even the most logical, if u study it

honestly it dont matter what concept you trade. You need to trade what works for YOU, not what works for others.

at the end of the day we are all traders and we need to be more a community as a whole.
