While Alex was happy with the win, second placed running was even more delighted - screaming with joy. The enthusiastic celebration earned him a stern rebuke from an official for "unsportsmanlike behaviour". He has been warned!

so the officials dony wany track to be exciting for spectators which would draw more attention to the sport. celebrating is not poor sportsmanship
