The tip off of the fake pack is the way the package is cut. Real pack has a straight cut both top and bottom. The fake pack has a zigzag cut on top and bottom of the package. I have a fake pack bought at a dollar store in the mall. The cards are thin with no code card. I look for these to teach kids about being scammed by dollar stores.

in our country, we don't have real pokemon cards 😞 and there's no energy cards in fake packs here 😕 and no one knows how to play pokemon cards 😁 so I made my own way to play pokemon cards 😀 and telling my whole school how to play pokemon cards (my way) 😂 they thinks I know how to play them 😂

Yeah it's really understandable why almost everyone hates Battle packs because almost no one knows how to actually do Pokemon card battles

I remember being broke and buying the fake packs since it was what I could afford at the time. It's crazy how the holo's look really good...back then they would just print it with no shine or nothing

I love battle styles. I pulled the sleepy ttar alt and rapid strike urshifu vmax alt in my first booster box. Then pulled another sleepy ttar alt in my second booster box. I may be a bit biased lol.

Well to be honest, buying some real cards are like gambling. While buying some cheap fake cards is just a hobby and its easier to collect them all.

The fake packs in India are more hilarious, we get ex, gx and v cards in a single pack without any energy cards and also get only 8 cards instead of 10

The fairs near me have been carrying fake evolutions recently which is odd because it's a 8 year old set being carried like it's modern

First way to identify fake cards is the back, cardboard feeling is fake, glossy is real

It's also easy, rip a card and look for the black strip in the middle of the card.

Yeah so my local mama shop sells fake cards and they look exactly the same, you would not know it’s fake unless you ripped a card in half
