I love how in Diablo III Lilith sounds like a snarky teenager taking verbal shots at her father and the endless battles - here she's all grown up (the daughter of Hatred) and sounds awesome

I really like the setup in drama for d4 compared to d3. In d3 they basically made it so all the angels and demons were weak against the Nephilim. In this one especially that last cinematic I like how they portrayed Inarius, just his raw presence commanding fear from the demon army and just simple movements shaking the earth around him. I get that we as the players need to feel powerful but when they start making us these supreme beings who just thrash diety class forces it gets a bit weird as to why we should even care about their struggle since we could just obliterate them at will.

This one feels much closer to diablo 1 and diablo 2 in putting players in the proper place. We arn't pushovers but we're still just human and its gonna take a whole fuck load of effort to even stand a chance.

Its interesting that now knowing that the ending cinematic is in this timeline order, it makes that cinematic even more grande and hyped IMO. Like to elaborate after seeing the cinematic where he shuts you the player out and going full beast mode in the ending cinematic, it makes this end cinematic much better. I cant wait to learn more D4 lore! RIP Rathma... i was hoping there could be a way for him to be revived. Im not sure who's side im on in this battle, both sides im sympathizing with i think. I have a theory that Lillith is trying to dominate the dimension that trag'oul lives, and that Trag'oul is actually that in game wolf in the beta. (hes really a celestial dragon tied to sanctuary and stays neutral) Rathma was able to switch between dimensions and learned from Trag'oul. I think Lillith wants to dominate this dimension to be truly seperated from the eternal conflict between heaven and hell.
