How does the victim's brother have say in this? If somehow the court was supposed to notify the brother about the hearing, isn't that on Maryland?

In order to be exonerated in the first place, there must have been evidence to suggest that his initial trial was conducted with incomplete or inadequate evidence or that evidence came to light to suggest that he never committed the crime in the first place, If this was the case, then any opinion conveyed by the victims family is irrelevant, because all the victims family wants is to see that justice was served and that someone is suffering for the death of their loved one, however, justice cannot be served by locking up the wrong person, that, in and of itself is an injustice.

The only input the victims family can have is an emotional one, not a logical one based on evidence, and emotional testimonies against an innocent man to portray him to be guilty when he isnt, is an indictment of the american justice system, such a shame.

This man deserves freedom and peace in his life. As does the victim’s brother. Redo if a must, but leave him be. No lock up.

Thank God. This guy is guilty beyond any reasonable doubt and mere fact, that bunch of race grifting activists can bail a murdered is terrifying.

Double jeopardy has to come into play somehow in this case.

The naive lawyer can’t even say Adnan Syed is innocent.

He killed her !! They shouldn’t let him out of prison.

I hope he doesn't have to go back. That would be cruel and inhumane regardless.

It'll be interesting to see what reason the brother has in court.

I hate the criminal justice system. You're telling me that your innocence can be revoked because of a clerical error?

If he is innocent then why does he have to be imprisoned again????

The American justice system is a sham. This sham of a system has failed countless of Americans. Adnan’s case is just one of many examples of it’s failing. Adnan and Hae Min Lee deserve justice.
