Dan, I love everything about this project. The macro grid composition idea, using midjourney to make colour palettes, the crooked pieces, click to zoom in, the name, the number of editions and price, and most of all the individual outputs themselves that I could stare at all day.

Also this video is very well produced, I love and appreciate the step-by-step breakdown (would definitely love to see more code / tutorials), the editing, the music, the closeup shots of those gorgeous prints.😍

I truly appreciate this kind of video. It's interesting to see how other generative artists plan and describe their techniques. It's sometimes a journey that's hard to predict, even harder to fix outcomes in a generative result. I like the end result but had misgivings near the beginning. (A bit like watching Bob Ross on twitch, and when he adds the big tree, people cry "ruined", but by the end they back pedal with "saved").

Nice to get some insight into the creative process behind the final product! Have you ever worked with Substance (a material design tool sometimes used to quickly generate virtual environments) or have Substance materials feed into your work? I feel the way it allows for randomized/parametric approximations of 'natural' materials is somewhat analogous to the process you are describing here.

Very cool to hear about your process. In relation to your previous video, do you keep a bunch of the digital outputs as artist prints? Or just the physical prints you had made to test?
