The Puma Is VERY Balanced

The Sd.Kfz.234/1 or 20mm Puma is an absolute menace in low tier tank battles. It is an incredibly fast armored car with an autocannon that shreds anything. I don't know what Gaijin was thinking putting it so low, but it's one of the most busted tanks in War Thunder.

The turret traverse was buffed a month or two ago...it used to be around 11 degrees a second; it was also a 1.7 BR vehicle before the buff. The SD.kfz 140/1 was also buffed; it was when the Snail added the Sd.kfz 222.

The Dakka Puma (20mm) used to have god awful traverse for what it was due to it being made manually cranked while the Pz. II with the same turret has the electric turret traverse. They gave the puma the Pz. Dakka turret.

Pro tip: if you're having trouble controlling a puma at high speeds (or any other fast vehicle) try driver assist mode! Press whatever keybind you assigned to it, and as long as you hold it, you're pretty much steering with the mouse, insanely useful to keep vehicles like this under control at high speeds.

Keep in mind that the Puma has steering on all axles so you might think it drifts more than it really does.

You should play the Japanese top-tier Type 93. I've seen some gameplay of it and it is quite funny. It has a top speed of 125 km/h, and I heard you like fast vehicles, so I feel like you'd enjoy playing it for your viewers!
