Karate guy throws fist, Wrestler guys stand knowing hitting distance and grabs gi and pulls him to the ground and Karate guy is in a new world where fists and kicking just don't matter much.. Me arrested 3-5 people a day. Short fast guys get tossed around like fairy floss, especially if I can toss an annoying security guard (160kg) across the room to land on his back after already throwing him on and over his own car twice...

Just to make things clear for those who think these punches mean nothing, They are used to train your shoulder muscles . even in kumite you won't see these punches anywhere. this is used for focus and strength training.
