Great content, by the way!!! It would be good to see how a ‘typical’ week would and should look like for the various abilities of runners - i.e which sessions compliment each other etc.

Asthma keeps me from talking during exertion (throat hurts & contracts making breathing harder) so, we need another way to determine if we are running too fast a pace on easy days. So far, nobody has given one yet.
