Choir of the Dead is our Imperial Vanilla Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels that we brew once a year and age in a blend of Bourbon Barrels. A heady blend of specialty malts creates flavors and aromas of Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies, Vanilla Creme Brulee, Flourless Chocolate Cake, and Bourbon infused Caramel.
Strange Apparition 2022: Imperial Coffee Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels
Strange Apparition is a beer that will keep you warm like the inside of a Tauntaun on the frozen surface of Hoth. We've created something darker than Hades and smoother than velvet. Dense, chewy malt character and vanilla flavors emerge from the charred oak barrels. Layers of malt flavors are complemented by rich, dark-roasted coffee. Share with friends to fight off any ghosts that may appear.
