If a table is booked at 2pm on Google Calendar, would this setup not prevent other tables from being booked at the same time? This could be slightly problematic for restaurants, as it would block off the entire time slot, making other available tables appear unavailable.

What was the provider, model, and voice used for the demo done at the very beginning of the video? That sounded excellent.
