Dahmer was actually a nice guy with a twisted mind which he couldn’t control to stop seeking for his desires. He’s different than any other serial killer and unlike others, I think needed a chance to redemption.

Jeffrey was actually extremely calm, calculated, and manipulative. More so than Richard. However, I would say they’re likely equal, considering they’re both sociopaths.
