I hard passed on this when I saw they removed the lamp feature. The flex tail 2.0 mini pump, imo, is the superior product.

I love mine but I hate the 1.2 oz claim. It needs the battery to work so include it in the weight!

I've heard feedback from than a few people saying that this particular pump does not actually fully inflate a pad. How has the experience been for people in that regard?

You can also use it to get your fire going or dying fire.

Great pump but it’s only 1.2oz without the battery and nozzle

I had their original pump with a mechanical switch. Needed charging once a year. I now have the small one with the light and electronic switch and it needs charged before every trip. I can only assume the electronic switch is drawing power.

I'm perfectly fine with my FlextailGear Max Pump 2 Pro. Works fine and I already have it.

Bro you rock, but Target does not. I'll buy that from anywhere but Target. Got another sponsor link?

I may have to swap to this, would drop a good amount of weight over the big old one with the light 😂

I wonder if they could make an update for a slow and quiet mode. Set it up while you get into camp and forget about it until its done in an hour or something. I have the OG flextail and the sound and different attachments are the biggest cons for me.

Doesnt have a Light. I like my "old" one. Slightly heavier but i can hang it in my Tent for a Light and it has more battery Power

Question. If I do wall away and leave it, is there any risk of it over filling and popping the mattress?

Bro it takes 10 breaths to fill up an air mattress

If you're really an ounce counter...then go with this one. If you're not then the full sized pump is far and away the superior product. I have both and really feel like the little guy was a mistake.

Is it reversible, to deflate your pad?

first, let me preference this by saying i am not an ultra lite camper I don't do trips where I need to walk 50 or 100miles a day,
I am a fairly large man so 34 or 55g doesn't change much for me, I already own a few of these small pumps for other sleeping pads I own or have owned prior,
but I feel they all suffer from the same problem, they all sounds like a jaw of super angry bees, why do all pumps have to scare away every living thing in a 10mile area?? when setting up camp more or less the only sitting down time you have is when blowing up your pad, why does it matter if it take 0, 25secs or 2 min?? i would rather keep my hearing, and yes I've read the sales pitch but Klymits small pump claimed the same and that high pitch whine it puts out will kill any conversation for miles,
why not make the pump a little bit larger use a larger fan that rums slower the pad it's going anywhere and they could then save a little on weight because a larger slower running motor doesn't need as much power
