It's been a while since I've watched videos on BambuLab printer and upgrades, but that little moment you spoke about the "Mark of shame" with the dirty lead screws marking your hand and forearm? Ya I felt that big time. Happens every single time I reach into the printer, even when I don't feel that I touch the lead screws! Lol

Just got my X1C, and it's amazing. Especially when you replace the glue-stick mess plate with the Bambu textured PEI plate. This thing is so freaking fantastic, I want a second one, both with AMS. The quality is so much better than my 5 other printers, and it's so painless. No regrets. Wish I bought it earlier. I'm not f-ing with it AT ALL. It's Perfect. If you want painless printing without a hobby tinkering project, get the X1C.

Nice to know there's a out of the box solution coming for the LEDs. It's by far the biggest shortcoming of the X1C. I just did a small riser yesterday with Cobb LEDs and TPU gasket for the glass. By far my favorite the most worthwhile update to this printer. For those concerned about rattling, this thing's super snug and with the tpu gasket there is zero play.

Use one X1 Carbon as your main Printer and a bunch of P1S machines branched off! That Panda Touch is pretty sweet

I have a p1s and have been following xtouch for ages now. While I'm happy to do the DIY work it requires, a well polished pre-made alternative will always appeal to me. Especially since it's a 5inch screen which is currently not guaranteed with the xtouch version yet. Safe to say I'll be getting the panda screen

Cool! A printer that runs great... wait i can make it like all the other printers, by messing with it. Sorry the upgrades for the horns are not what I'm looking for if it requires constant tweeking. That's not an upgrade it's turning a perfectly good printer into a tinkers toy again.

I dont know if you did a video on that but, what filament brand do you recommend for at least PLA and PETG on a Bambu Lab. Im almost a new owner, my P1S is supposed to arrive today, and Im interested in all that can help me with it. Thank you very much for this and all your video by the way ! Are the rods not greased? Just wondering if “cleaning” them w the rag takes off any grease that prevents/stops squeaking or abrasion.

I updated my X1C and it is quiet now. I kinda miss the noise. (“woowoowoowoo, WOOWOOWOOWOO”). Now my P1P is singing the song of its people all alone 😢😅😂
