I'm so loving your information. My life has definitely regulated more since adding breakfast and I love adding flax and nuts to my cereal, love apples as a mid-day snack. I appreciate the time and information you are giving. You are a blessing to women more people need to hear your information. I wish my perimenopausal coworkers using ozempic and not eating ever could hear you. Im certain they are panicking in their head about what if I quit ozempic or wegovy....

What about someone who struggles with constipation. I tried miralax for a long time and I was having issues. I have pelvic floor issues. Then I went to a fiber pill but now I feel like I'm constipated a lot of the time. Should I just get off and see what happens? Looks like my averages are from 20-30
