I know interracial couples who go through so much crappy family drama involving racist parents. It breaks my heart. I'm so thankful that my mom told me as a teenager, "I don't care what race your boyfriend will be, just as long as he respects you". I wish every parent had that attitude.

My cousin was racist as hell. Literally part of the KKK and both his daughters are with black men and have black kids now. It changed that man having black grandkids. It truly did. It was exactly what he needed.

I don't feel like the mother is being open about what she's really thinking. I also don't know why anyone would have an issue with her being pregnant especially since she's an adult. Hopefully the parents will be caring & supportive & the race issue will be squashed. Cause race should never be an issue.
