The image is perfect. Has anyone noticed that during the entire song it looks like the girl is trying to push the monster's hands off of her while it strangles her. But at 2:50 when her face changes to the sadistic smile it looks as though the monster is trying to pull away from her while she hold it's arms tightly.

Nothing changed about the image except the face and the colors... but in that split second the victim became the monster and the monster became the victim.

That line really hit deep man. Like, if you listen to the lyrics closely, it's talking about depression (or that's what I'm thinking it's talking about) and that line is just saying, I wanna fight back, but I can't figure out how to fight it off cause I can't see it. I really love this song, and the story just hits so deep.

At 13 I listened to this song and fell in love with just the music and voice. now at 20 after battling with mental health issues I understand the lines. When you look in the mirror it's like you aren't even looking at yourself. You're looking at someone that isn't you I don't remember exact names, but it has relations with the term disassociation.
