From outer rear support on the low bar, this transition consists of a clear hip circle backward with hecht and a half turn to hang on the high bar.
It was part of the compulsory routine in the 1989 quad and the legs are allowed to be together or straddled.
This skill was upgraded from C to D in the 2022 Code and is exempt from the empty swing deduction.

There are exemptions for some skills for dead hangs?? I had no idea, is the Mo salto exempt?

Does the upgrade really matter when the judges will take that tenth back when the gymnast inevitably readjusts themselves on the regrasp?

Note: if kip performed after Shaposhnikova type elements with/without 1/1 turn and hecht ½ turn - apply deduction for empty swing.
It's under Section 11.4 d)

which means we will NEVER see this skill

wouldn't it be almost impossible to do with how far the bars are apart now?
