Let’s be real here The London is a perfect representation of LA, San Diego, So Cal. If it’s Instagram worthy it passes. It doesn’t actually have to be good quality. The lack of kindness from the room service staff is pretty standard unfortunately. Just all around gives me the ick. I did 3 years and ran back to the real world ✌🏽

I’m not a millionaire(by a long shot), but I’ve been to many many many better 4* hotels than this. I feel like some celebs hyped up the place and now the hotel tries to justify the price…

i work in housekeeping at a hotel and it’s possible the stains on the bath that you could see with the blacklight were just bleach or another cleaning product that weren’t wiped properly. it could also be scum from the buildup of water stains and shower essentials, no denying it was infested tho 💀

As someone who has worked and still works at a 5-star hotel, I will say that bed bugs and all types of bugs are just something you have to be on the lookout for no matter where you stay. It's often the travelers that bring critters along unknowingly.. Also everything is overpriced because they can. Personally, I find the 5-star luxury hotels to be overrated BUT they are GORGEOUS! This was too funny to watch 🤣
