I wouldn't call the second AirbNb a 'cheap' one. Less expensive perhaps, but it seems to have way more going on in the way of interactivity. The other house is nice if you are bringing a crew of people for something semi-formal, but I'd definitely go with the farm house experience first! Plus, that lady was sooo nice and accommodating. It was super obvious the owners of the other house were only worried about the profit...which speaks volumes as well!
