In 2018 I spent 25k in permanent make up training. It never did much, not enough to support a living like it was suppose to. Between where I work and coworkers, no support not my tribe.
It deflated me bad.
After 2 yrs of not finding any job with enough pay to live, no one wanting to hire a 61 yr old, I finally made the choice in June to go back to my skills and do a body art certification. It’s a lot, but I’m doing it and moving location hopefully he ready in Jan 2025!
It’s my last ditch effort to save myself, I’ll be working til 80 now lol

I want to quit my job desperately but maybe not desperately enough cus i haven't updated my portfolio. Maybe i dont want to work in the same capacity or designation that i currently work in. I have had a tumultuous past couple of years in terms of love. Its been brutal and i feel exhausted and i am taking a break from dating. I started making reels on Instagram. They are fashion related reels. I work in fashion. I would like to start my own operation. I have cleaned up my food habit, having fruits daily and eating home cooked meals and having breakfast which i used to skip. I keep things tidier at home and more organized than at any point in the last two years. I am getting back to drawing and painting and reading books. I am not quiting my job currently cus i need money for a hair transplant that i fear i will not have if i quit. I am scared of the outcome of me quitting my job. I quit my job in 2021 and it didn't turn out well for me.
