Many years ago I got one of those Ancestry DNA kits and I was super excited to get it because I was always curious about my ancestry. When I got the kit, I was gipped by a sense of trepidation. I was a part of the first wave of Marines that went into Iraq. I didn't see the museums but I saw the old pyramid-type building in south Iraq. I think its called Ur. I remember seeing some troops in the area, but I also saw what looked like civilian contractors all around that structure. Now, it's not odd to see contractors all around Iraq. But they were well equipped to do many types of jobs.

I remember when that war started. I told all my family and friends that the real reason was neither WMDs or oil. It was the artifacts in husseins posession. Wouldn't you know it? All the museums got looted 2 weeks into the war.
