yea it happened to me when I was in 6th grade I was trying to poop because my stomach was hurting so bad and my schoolmate (He was tall) knew what's going on so he followed me at the bathroom peeked above the stall and ran away quickly bursting in laughter from then on I had this anxiety pooping in school.

I remember I went to a Crosby stills nash concert in Denver before we went to the we went to the Columbine steakhouse to eat. when the concert was at a break my stomach started acting funny and I knew I was going to have the shits. So I go to the nearest bathroom in a hurry and there's a ton of chicks in the bathroom and I praying that they would all leave soon cause I knew that I was going to be loud. Finally everyone left and I start going to the toilet and of course someone had to walk in the bathroom and heard me shitting my brains out and they started laughing. I was so embarrassed I wouldn't come out of the stall until I knew that person was gone. My stomach felt better though and I was able to watch the concert comfortably.
