Hey Caylus, you probably won't see this but if you end up playing SMILE again, go where that lady is and go behind the stairs. One of the rooms will have a knife and then you use the knife to get into a room with black writing on the outside of the room. Then you go in the room and grab the red key and go back to the hub and then you can get into the room that says you need a red key. Anyways, to whoever is reading this, have a good day/night! 🙂😀
