Insomnia, exhaustion, cat cuddles, soft jammies, lack of motivation, food is optional and my failure to "give a dam" is high. Why, Did I decide at 63, this was a good idea? 😂😂 The ear ringing and my short little legs are vibrating that high. Weird but cool. Just keeping a sense of humor and indulging my inner five year old.

Mood swings, quickly irritated.
Insomnia, no appetite, crying for now reason 😩..
The energy is dense and heavy...like at times i can't breathe...
Trying to ground but even grounding seems harder than usual 😆...

My energy is nonexistent, my dreams are insane, it doesn't matter what I eat, my stomach tosses and turns. I can't sleep yet I feel so exhausted. The past few days have been just insane. Can't forget the crying episodes where it feels like I'm purging for the entire planet or the ear ringing...I need a hug. Like a really long, let me cry my eyes out and get snot on your shirt kind of hug.

I’ve been feeling an overwhelming urge “to go within” and close my door and lay in the dark.
Solitude, meditation, contemplation.
Feeling very exhausted quickly, very short with everyone and tired.
No appetite and minimal food intake, even hydration is a chore.
Intuition is heightened as is the need to open up and lay in a quiet room.

Watching this and yawning continuously. Luckily its afternoon and i can take a bit of a nap. But I've been feeling drained, exhausted all the time but also feeling strongly that things are going to change for the better. So despite the tiredness im still super excited for things to come. I learned from experience that its better to go with the flow rather than to resist the change

I found your comment on different languages interesting. I noticed with two of my haitian friends that when they speak creole they are so heart centered. Their body postures changes being more warmth. When they speak French they are kind of colder. Even if it’s the same person speaking, their energy changes depending on the langage that is spoken.
