Usefull exercises! I am new to the push pull legs workout split. Gonna give it a try starting from today with these push exercises. I can do every exercise except for the tricep extension ones, which both seem really hard. Might do some more dips or diamond pushups instead. Great vid 👍

I think going to technical failure would be a more appropriate goal as you would push for more reps in the future and go for more difficult variation when exceeding 30 or so.

Is it a good idea to have day 1 push+pull, day 2 legs, core and flexibility and keep repeating that each week with 1 rest day? Also I'm really into calisthenics but i just don't have the equipment this home workout plan really saved my a$$ thank you🙏
