Unlocking Early Childhood Education

About 90 per cent of a child’s brain develops before the age of five, yet early childhood education is only a dream for most children around the world. This conversation will explore the importance of the early years, especially for children with disabilities, and identify concrete actions that can make sure universal preschool is funded, accessible and equitable for all children.
