No. 3: x²-12x + 36

STEPS:
1. MAKE SURE IT HAS THREE TERMS
2. FIRST AND LAST TERM MUST BE PERFECT SQUARES
3. TWICE THE PRODUCT OF THE SQUARES ROOT OF FIRST AND LAST TERM IS EQUAL TO THE MIDDLE TERM.

FULL SOLUTION:

x²-12x + 36

√x² = x (divided by 2)
√ 36 = square root of 36 is 6.
(Think of a number, when you multiplied by itself the answer is 36.)

Now, the multiply the two square root.

x • 6 = 6x
Now, 6x (2) = 12x.
(This is the step No. 3)
Now, factor
= (x-6)²
