Lorena Vargas, a physical therapist, shares exercises for babies with torticollis. These exercises can be helpful if you notice that your child tilts their head to one side or has difficulty rotating their head to both sides. These exercises will help to promote symmetry on both sides of their body while working on gross motor skills.
