Baby Development | Torticollis | Neck Side-Flexion Supine Stretch

Lie your baby on their back on a soft flat surface, with their arms along their body. Cup their shoulder with one hand and their head with the other. Gently pull their head away from the shoulder on the restricted side. Stabilise the shoulder and hold the stretch. This exercise will help your baby to straighten their neck and head, especially useful in cases of torticollis.
