The thing is that muscle transfers, any other thing is a skill.
If you get stronger you will have more strength and endurance.
But neural adaptations are specific, you can throw a medicine ball, or lift a kettlebell and that won't make you more explosive or transfer to other things.

we should stop calling them bodyduilders but just refer to the sport as hypothrophy something. most if not all people are bodybuilders in their training. calisthenics is mostly done to build an aesthetic and functional body, those are more the same the more wise you become, and not simply for tricks.
