The program and the philosophy that you guys put forth … teaches the athlete to be a “thinking athlete” which gives you power/ confidence in day to day workouts. It allows you to really know yourself and push yourself. Thank you for your programs and always enjoy the emails and videos.

Hey Marc, great podcast and great info so far, I would say though, it's nice to have more than just one person doing most of the talking since it say it's a discussion it would be nice to have the other person give some input, just my two cents, take care brother.
