This is cool because I'm also during the overlap mostly only trading US30. Once London Session closes I force myself to stay away from the markets. I've noticed that without the European Bank institutions open, the American ones trigger their moves and price action changes completely to the detriment of my style of trading.

I literally made the decision this week to trade only US30 and I absolutely love it

Tha last 3 months I’ve been doing the same thing only us30 or Nas100 sometimes I’ll lose on us30 then make it back and profit on nas and vice versa
Tip: @9:30am Nas 100 and us30 will move so many pips if you know how to trade it you can make money in the morning and be done for the day

These assets all move slightly different. And mastering the way a particular pair moves can really benefit you in your trading. I personally also trade US30, and Nas100. Those 2 are the only ones I focus on. I've noticed that most successful traders focus on only 1 or 2 assets and that's it.
